1. Q: Are there more colors available? Accept my order?

   A: Evet, of course. We suggest you use our normal colors for first trial order, it is good for you lead time if you want to test quality quickly.

2. Q: What is your payment method?

   A: Usually we only accept T/T and L/C.

3. Q: What is your payment terms?

   A: Genellikle, we do by T/T 30% as deposit, the balance payment after bulk production sample confirmed and before shipment. L/C is also acceptable. 

4. Q: What's the time of delivery?

   A: For materials available in stock ready to ship, we can do delivery in 1-3 günler. For custom orders, usually 7-15 days after deposit received.
