A: Our WINIW microfiber eco leather is 100% synthetic, free of animal ingredients.

2 Q: Can I get samples?

A: Yes. We can send free samples in A4/A3 paper size, but the courier freight need to be collected. You can provide us your courier account for freight collect, or send the courier freight to us by Paypal. 

3 Q: What is your payment terms?

A: Usually, we do by T/T 30% as deposit, the balance payment after bulk production sample confirmed and before shipment. L/C is also acceptable. 

4 Q: What's the time of delivery?

A: For materials available in stock ready to ship, we can do delivery in 1-3 days. For custom orders, usually 7-15 days after deposit received.
